Terry is the Director of Government Programs at Aptima. In this capacity, she supports the Executive Vice President of Government Programs in the operations of the Government Programs Group and Business Development.

Terry has continuously worked in the human performance improvement and evaluation field designing and developing human performance and training products and services in the Federal sector for over 34 years. She has in depth expertise in all aspects of instructional analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In addition, Terry is an experienced Program Manager who directs and oversees project management activities for the Government Programs Division.

Terry holds a MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and a BA in Urban Studies/Social Science from the State University New York Buffalo. In addition, she holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a Professional Scrum Master Level 1. She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Terry is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
