Aptima Announces 2021 Partner of the Year Awardees

InsightGlobal and BGI recognized for contributions and impact

Aptima, Inc. today announced the awardees of its 2021 Aptima Partner of the Year Awards. Aptima’s Partner of the Year Award recognizes any prime contractor, subcontractor, or consultant who best enabled the company to be more innovative, facilitated transition to increase impact to users, and complemented Aptima’s technical strengths with their own.

Partners may be nominated by any Aptima employee and finalists are selected by a committee also made up of employees. Eight organizations and individuals were nominated from a pool of more than 100 Aptima partners, with the final awardees as follows:

  • InsightGlobal and Mr. Wilmer Saint-Hilaire
    • “InsightGlobal always goes above and beyond in understanding our needs and have been willing to work with us to tailor their processes to Aptima and be a true partner in our work, and not just a simple staffing firm.”
  • BGI and Mr. Steve (Willy) Macut
    • “Willy” has gone out of his way to help me understand and learn about the Air Force. The deliverables I have worked on have been significantly improved because of the intentional relationship he sets up with every member of the Aptima team.”

“As a small business, we know we can provide more effective solutions to our customers when we’re paired with the right partners. In the best circumstances, our collaborators–whether they are our prime contractors, subcontractors, or consultants–become an extension of our own team, and we of theirs.” Said Dr. Shawn Weil, Aptima’s Chief Growth Officer. “Partnering with experts like InsightGlobal, BGI, and others enables the larger Aptima team to be more than the sum of our parts.”
