Krista Ratwani has experience in leader development and training, training evaluation and design, survey development, and qualitative data analysis. She applies this expertise to the development of assessment tools and learning experiences to foster leadership attributes and competencies; the investigation of learning over time; and the development of tools to aid decision-makers in choices made regarding the most effective learning processes, content, and environments. Her work often blends scientific theory with operational input obtained through facilitating knowledge elicitation sessions with military personnel.

Krista holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a B.A. in Psychology from Monmouth University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the APA’s Military Psychology Division Early-Career Psychologist Committee, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
