Aptima’s Newest Vice President
Aptima Names Christopher E. Broudy Vice President
Woburn, MA, March 25, 2015 – Aptima, Inc. today announced the promotion of Christopher E. Brouady to the position of Vice President, Contracts. In this new role, Mr. Brouady is responsible for the Contracts, Security and Intellectual Property departments at Aptima. In addition to providing expertise in FAR/DFARS compliance and proposal oversight, Mr. Brouady will continue to lead Aptima’s Export Compliance Program and work closely with Aptima’s technical staff on protecting intellectual property. Mr. Brouady will report to Aptima’s Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Brouady joined Aptima in 1999 as a Senior Contracts Administrator and since 2009 has served as Director of Contracts and Security. Mr. Brouady has over 20 years of experience in Contract and Subcontract negotiation and administration, intellectual property agreements and proposal pricing, as well as 10 years of experience with Export Control Regulations and Compliance.
Prior to joining Aptima, Mr. Brouady was a Contracts Administrator at ALPHATECH (now BAE Systems), in Burlington, Massachusetts. He holds Bachelors of Administration degrees in Economics and Geography from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
