Tim specializes in computational cognitive modeling of human behavior and strategies. He also has extensive experience in the use of eye movements for studying user attention, understanding user strategies, and predicting user state.
Tim holds a PhD in Computer and Information Science from the University of Oregon, where he focused on Human-Computer Interaction. He is a member of the Association of Computer Machinery Special Interest Group on Human-Computer Interaction (ACM SIGCHI), the HFES Human Performance Modeling Technical Group (HFES HPM-TG), and the Cognitive Science Society.
