Mike Fedele specializes in understanding Cyber Security Service Provider and Cyber Protection Team workers and organizations as well as how Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning can improve the efficiency and safety of an analyst’s work. His research experience includes work in human performance, cognitive workload, team cognition, and user experience research and design. Prior to joining Aptima, Mike worked as a Human Factors Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, where he led research initiatives involving avionics, weather radar systems, touch screen interfaces, and cursor control devices.
Mike holds an MS in Human Systems Engineering from Arizona State University and a BA in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
