Kristy M. Kay
Kristy has research experience in performance measurement, survey/measure development, unobtrusive measurement, team dynamics and training, training design and evaluation, and data analysis. At Aptima, she has contributed to a number of research and development endeavors across the military branches and DoD agencies, including the Air Force Research Lab, Army Research Institute, Army Research Lab, and Office of Naval Research, across a variety of operational domains (e.g., military pilots, infantry soldiers, intelligence analysts), levels of analysis (e.g., individuals, teams, organizations), and research perspectives (e.g., cognitive, behavioral, process, system).
Ms. Kay holds a MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University and a BA in Psychology from California State University San Marcos. She holds Lecturer positions in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology programs at San Diego State University and California State University San Marcos.
