Georgiy Levchuk

Intelligent Analytic Technologies

Corporate Fellow
Senior Principal Simulation & Optimization Engineer LinkedIn

Georgiy provides expertise in mathematical modeling, optimization algorithm development, and software prototype implementation. He specializes in multi-objective optimization of mission-based organizations, including the design of command, control, and communication networks; agent-based command and control simulation; and optimized training design. Georgiy also develops innovative model-based designs and quantitative performance and process assessment tools for a variety of network identification, resource management, and teamwork enhancement problems.

Georgiy received the Best Paper Award at the 2004 International Command and Control Research and Technology Symposium, and Best Student Paper Awards at the 2002 and 2003 Command and Control Symposia. He was the Plenary speaker at the 2005 International Command and Control Research and Technology Symposium.

Georgiy received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, specializing in the design of congruent, robust, and adaptive organizations. He received his B.S./M.S.M. in Mathematics with highest honors from the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kiev, Ukraine. Georgiy is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
