Chad delivers innovative and highly intuitive user interface solutions and tailored interaction models with a focus on adaptation to complex cognitive systems and user experience. He has a background in Human Factors and Cognitive Systems Engineering, and experience designing solutions for medical, e-commerce, and social networking systems, as well as employee and client-facing interfaces. In addition to his design background, Chad’s work at Aptima draws from his extensive experience both in multimedia production and consultation, and as an educator at the primary, secondary, and higher education levels.
Chad holds a MS in industrial and systems engineering and BA in philosophy from The Ohio State University. He is a member of Boston’s Big Data, Discovery, and Analytics group.
