Cait Rizzardo provides expertise in the areas of human performance measurement, simulation-based training, team training, display design, and usability assessment. She has assisted with and led projects including: studying spatial knowledge acquisition while using a re-designed GPS display which resulted in an award-winning article in the Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied; navigation in virtual environments; assessing performance in simulation-based training; after-action review augmentation; and 3D-environment display design.
Cait holds a PhD and MS in Human Factors/Industrial and Organizational from Wright State University, and a BA in Psychology from Hollins University. She is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.
