Kristy has experience in the areas of job analysis, knowledge elicitation, training needs analysis, competency modeling, training design and evaluation, and performance assessment. She currently supports a variety of training-related projects designed to help military and private sector clients (a) identify training requirements and associated training gaps, (b) identify training strategies to optimize individual- and team-level performance, and (c) design training scenarios, training content, and multimedia tools to enhance training effectiveness. Kristy also specializes in building advanced Excel-based tools to facilitate various aspects of training, including helping customers identify effective training strategies or solutions to meet their needs, identify gaps in current training, and/or import, analyze, and track training results over time. Prior to joining Aptima, she worked for company that specialized in performing job analysis, competency modeling, and training needs analysis for all branches of the U.S. Navy.

Kristy received a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Nebraska at Omaha, a B.S. in Psychology from Montana State University Billings, and an A.A.S. in Computer Programming from City College of Montana State University Billings. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the American Psychological Association (APA).
