Kristy M. Kay
Kristy has research experience in performance measurement, team dynamics and training, training design and evaluation, and data analysis. At Aptima, she has contributed to a number of research and development endeavors across the military branches and DoD agencies, including the Air Force Research Lab, Army Research Institute, Army Research Lab, and Office of Naval Research, and across a variety of operational domains (e.g., military pilots, infantry soldiers, intelligence analysts), levels of analysis (e.g., individuals, teams, organizations), and research perspectives (e.g., cognitive, behavioral, process, system). Kristy received a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from California State University San Marcos. Kristy holds an Adjunct Faculty position in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at San Diego State University.
