Aptima’s innovative software portfolio falls into four product family
areas. Each of our software products addresses a particular set of sociotechnical system  performance design requirements. And many can be used together in
powerful combinations, for example:
- Predict the performance of a new organizational structure based on a model, and use those predictions to focus performance measurement during an exercise
- Provide coaching and feedback to learners during simulation-based training based on a model of optimal team performance
- Design a new organizational and workflow structure, simulate its predicted performance, and collect data to test those predictions
- Forecast the location, timing, and groups involved in events that lead to state failure based on a suite of advanced models, and use those forecasts to inform planners, analysts and decision-makers in their intelligence and counter-terrorism campaigns
- Evaluate the effectiveness of a cognitive skills training program by collecting performance data in a simulation environment
- Simulate the effects of inserting a new technology on job or mission performance and develop training based on the results
- Push actionable information to human intelligence (HUMINT) analysts in a timely manner by automating the sifting and triaging of massive quantities of data using advanced text extraction and triage modeling techniques
- Use data from simulation-based experiments to improve organizational performance models
- Predict how well people with a specific skill set will be able to use a UI design based on a model, collect data to test the predictions, and modify the design based on the results
