Over the past decade, our leadership and team experts have created numerous software tools and processes specifically designed to facilitate distributed, multicultural teamwork. For example, we have developed a web-based training program that helps leaders adapt and be more effective with diverse teams, and a collaboration tool that focuses on how to promote critical thinking and shared understanding within a multi-location team.
