Tim has more than 20 years of experience leading large training projects including assessment, design, and development for military and Government clients including the U.S. Navy, Air Force, Joint Forces Command, Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as private industry clients. Tim also has expertise in project management, training development, and organizational development, and has taught on both the undergraduate and graduate levels. His current work at Aptima is focused on utilizing the company’s innovative training assessment, design, development, and evaluation methods with the goal of maximizing human performance.
Tim holds a M.S. in Adult Education and B.S. in Sociology from Old Dominion University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
