Nick Caler has with 15+ years of experience in the software industry. From factory automation software for the semiconductor industry, to consumer level mobile development for personal fitness, he has worked in a variety of domains and software technologies. In early 2017 he returned to Aptima after a 4-year hiatus where he worked on web front end development for Facebook advertising partner and performance marketing company, Nanigans Inc., and on the full web stack for mobile calorie counter and lifestyle app Lose It! At Aptima, Nick’s is work focuses on human performance assessment products including SPOTLITE®, the company’s flagship handheld tool for observer-based measurement, and PM EngineTM, its performance measurement engine for systems-based and neurophysiological measurement. He is comfortable using a variety of technologies and programming languages to create solutions for the problems of today’s Warfighter.
Nick holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Maine, with a minor in Psychology.
