User Experience/Interaction Designer
Ben Nargi works on Aptima’s human performance measurement tools, including SPOTLITE, which utilizes subjective rating technology, and on the web-based Performance Dashboard that displays live data for after-action review and analysis. He has lead collaborative application design efforts for the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps., Army, and Air Force. Ben has also worked with the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center to come up with novel application solutions to assist clinicians using context-aware decision-making tools. He has implemented formalized user testing using Morae User Testing software, hallway testing, and routinely conducts on-site evaluation and assessments of Aptima’s software during live use.
Ben is a Masters candidate in Human Factors at Tufts University, where he focuses on ecological interface design, medical device human factors analysis, and human-machine interaction design. He holds a Bachelor of Design from The Pennsylvania State University.
