Product Families

Aptima’s innovative software portfolio falls into four product family areas. Each of our software products addresses a particular set of sociotechnical system performance design requirements. And many can be used together in powerful combinations, for example:

Predict the performance of a new organizational structure based on a model, and use those predictions to focus performance measurement during an exercise
Provide coaching and feedback to learners during simulation-based training based on a model of optimal team performance
Design a new organizational and workflow structure, simulate its predicted performance, and collect data to test those predictions
